Building Management maintains the building master key system. Please do not place any additional locks on your space without prior written consent from Building Management. The North Hills MOB is also secured by an automated access system. Entry to the building after hours requires an access badge. Badge readers are located at the main entry doors, the west stairwell, and elevators. To request new access cards or for changes to access cards, please contact the management office, or submit a request form (opens in new window).

When terminating an employee, please be sure to retrieve both their keys and access badges (if applicable).

Tenants are responsible for securing their space. If you are locked out of your suite, please call the Response Center for assistance. For security purposes, identification will be required.
